LEARN :: to bake 6" chocolate sponge cake (using couverture chocolate) with Krish syrup & cherry cream, decorated with light fresh cream, cherry and chocolate. Technique to cut cake into layers and keep cake moist, cover cake with fresh cream and pipe rosette.
