While I can't compare myself with those world class baking schools whose history is probably longer than my whole family ages combined plus the strings of awards they won that would line the wall top to bottom, I definitely hope to make a dent in the teaching world where enthusiastic home bakers would appreciate me, and more importantly, my teachings most. ; )
