In retrospect I've had a student who told me that my macarons were as good as those she had when she was in Paris. Other times, I've students who learned from Royal Macaroons class and then started selling to their friends. These are things that made my day and put a smile on my face. ; )
And there's good reason why it's now version two. Coz I've spent hours more to enhance the recipe. My philosophy is this: anyone can teach you how to bake. But not everyone can teach you how to bake a great looking and delicious cake.
