What I love about these cookies are the crunchy and tangy taste from the real ginger, texture from the sugee cookie and the fragrant from the oats. The thoughts of these delicious cookies makes me look forward to baking them and enjoy eating them later. It's a real treat for non-traditional Chinese New Year cookies. Not forgetting the chewy chocolate brownie and the crunch from the nuts. Yummyyyy...
